Returning Singapore residents (i.e. Singapore citizens, permanent residents) and long-term pass holders (including Student’s Pass, Dependant’s Pass, Long-Term Visit Pass, Work Pass) will be issued with a 14-day Stay-Home Notice (SHN) upon entry into Singapore.
Travellers with travel history within the last 14 days to Hubei province of Mainland China will be issued Quarantine Order (QO).
From 27 March 2020, 0900 hours, these travellers must submit a heath declaration via the SG Arrival Card e-Service before proceeding with immigration clearance.
For visitors seeking entry into Singapore
All short-term visitors (including holders of ICA-issued In-Principle Approval) will not be allowed to enter or transit through Singapore.
